View Full Version : Chuck roast / bacon wrapped stuffing balls

Did another chuck roast. Used Oakridge Santa Maria rub and also used up left over corn bread stuffing. Used Meat Church honey hog on the those.

It was weird when I sliced it looked as if I didn't cut across the grain but when I turned to the other way it looked the same. Didn't matter it was nice and tender.

What's the opinion of ya'll that use the Oakridge rubs, just ordered some today, like a sweet rub on ribs, is it as good as they say?

Oakridge is great stuff all of it.

I was strictly using Texas bbq rubs grand champion on ribs but now it's a tie between grand champion and Oakridge rib rub.

Awesome looking chuckie. I also like the looks of those stuffing balls. Everything Is better with bacon!
