Wife wanted me to try out a naked fatty with jalapeño and cream cheese, so here it is ready to go. No idea how it will turn out, but can't be that bad!

Yeah I messed up, I only had 2lbs of sausage. Just went and bought 6 more lbs for my breakfast fatties since I have the smoker going. Probably buy 6 more lbs and do a couple more jalapeño cream cheese tomorrow! Might have to go pig hunting soon or I'm going to go broke. Turned out great.
