All the recent talk about peppers has inspired me to build a heavy duty pepper rack ......pics will follow as soon as the project gets off the paper.

If you email me a sketch of what shape you want it to be I may be able to have them laser cut. My Bro in law owns a metal fab company with lots of fun toys to play with.:-D

I can't find any around here at all. Been looking all summer. Found a website, http://www.irondesert.com who has a bunch of them, I though kind of pricy though. They also have a great looking Jalapeno corer for only $3.00 but the shipping here is nuts.
If one of you really do decide on making some, count me in, I'd rather pay you guys then some company. Thanks.

Breif - A minimum of inch thick steel with all the sharp edges left on, able to hold 3 dozen peppers, comes with winch to help loading onto the smoker!
