Tomorrow my meat sponsor Nice to Meat is throwing a party for their personel...my team is going to provide them with some some smoked meats.
We're going to let them see and taste what we do with the meat that they sponsor us.

Having just devoured a fair bit of homemade pastrami, I have 2 good-sized boston butts on deck, to be followed by 5 sausage fatties with various dry rubs applied.

This weekend continues to be enjoyable and relaxing.

Pizza on the egg last night, and a couple of skirt steaks tonight. They were great! I usually do flank steak, and it think the skirt steak was better.
