High Heat Steak Pron

I have not posted or cooked outside much lately. Here are some shots from a cook a couple of weeks ago.

I inverted the charcoal basket from my mini and pit it on the charcoal grate of my 22.5 kettle then got a full chimney going untill it was completely ashed over and dumped on the inverted basket for some high heat cooking. It was hands down one of the best steaks I have had in some time.

Put on a little grill bling too.

When I fire up the grill or smoker she loves to be right at my side, it keeps me smiling. She loves to watch and help where she can.
