MOINKS, ribeyes and jumbo royal reds

i decided to make some moinks this weekend and i always make my own balls....these were probably my best yet.

for the MOINKS.... 2.3 lbs naturewell ground beef, two eggs, about one cup of breadcrumbs soaked in about one cup of milk, a teaspoon of salt, a cup of grated Parmesan reggiano and a teaspoon of fresh cracked peppercorn medley. The meatballs were rolled in Myron Mixon's beef rub (added paprika and fresh ground coffee) and wrapped in bacon and smoked. I finished them in a commercial sauce modded with honey, lucky dog hot sauces, and Templeton rye whisky.

for dinner, i cooked some ribeyes and some jumbo royal reds.....

Looks great Deep. Only thing I would do different is peel the shrimp first. I hate fighting to get the shell off after they have been cooked. Not sure if that makes me lazy or what... :mrgreen:
