View Full Version : 1956 Weber Brother Metal Works grill....w Pr0N!

This is one of the original chestnut grills. The grill was manufactured in Chicago. Notice the name of the company at that time was Weber Brothers Metal Works. The grills during this era had a utility pan at the bottom. Also, notice the old school wheels, and pipe sockets.

ll the parts are original except for the lower front leg. He did a repair job many years ago. I removed some of the rust on the legs and wheels using electrolysis. The wheels are white underneath all that rust. I lightly cleaned the utility pan. I'm not going to clean it anymore. I want to leave it as vintage as possible.

They came that way until they changed to the twist on ashpan.
