I need some help because I'm not computer savvy. I'm trying to connect my iPhone 5 with The Pit Pal app. Any help would be awesome.

What problems are you having? It will be easier for folks to help if they have that info.

Also the Cyber Q wifi keep dropping from my phone and IPad. Not sure if that's why its not connecting or what. Do I have to connect to a PC first?

I'm pretty good with IP addresses and networking technology in general but only recently got a CyberQ, so ...

The first step is to confirm that you are attempting to connect to the correct IP address (showing as 192.168.101.10 in your picture). My CyberQ usually connects to a different IP address each time I use it (it might be 192.168.101.10 today, but next time it might be 192.168.101.11).

So you need to confirm the actual IP address on the CyberQ display and then make sure it is the same as the one you have entered in the PitPal app are trying to connect to ...

Also, you've got the Cloud Server address ENABLED but you are using a local IP address - you won't be able to connect to a Cloud Server using a local IP address. You need an internet IP address to connect to the Cloud Server. If you don't know what a Cloud Server is try disabling it ...

Let us know how you go with these suggestions ...

You can also use Safari on your phone to test the connection to the CyberQ; put the IP address you see on the CyberQ into Safari like this: 192.168.xxx.xxx:80

I've tryed putting the IP address into Safari and it didn't work. I've also tryed with the Cloud Server Enabled and Disabled. Triple checked the IP Address and still not working. Does the Wifi automatically come on when the CyberQ is plugged up?

Do you have a router?
You need a router connected to your internet connection for it to work with your PartyQ?

What IP address does your phone have? (Go to settings/WiFi the click the little "i")
What IP address does your iPad have?
What IP address is the PartyQ is displaying?

Phone reads 192.168.1.67
I Pad reads 192.168.1.65
CyberQ reads 192.168.101.10

They all need to be 192.168.1.xxx - the fact that the Q is 192.168.101.xxx is the odd one out. What is the IP address of you router?

Your iPads and Q should have first three groups of numbers the same, the fourth number must be different.
