Just threw on 6 slabs of ribs for dinner with friends tonight. 5 St. Louis and 1 full cut. Had a good pile of rib trimmins (no bones or cartilage) left over, so I ground it all up, made a couple of thick burgers, seasoned 'em down with some homemade rub, smoked on the hot side until done. Slapped on a bun with a dab of sauce, and just finished one incredible lunch. urp...

Take that Mickie Dees!

When I trim up my ribs I love cooking the trimmings to get the "chef's sandwich"
