ok in al that has been going on around here i lost my brine recipe for ham useing a boston but , need help got company comeing in october .

I use a simple brine for pork and poultry...
1/2cup sea salt, 1/2cup brown sugar, 1/4cup cidef vinegar, 1/4cup seasoning(i use pookie gs), bring to boil... Add 4lbs ice... Brine meat overnight... My buddy also injects when he does ham... You might want to use curing salt also
