Tailgating for an AWAY Game!

Our Miners were AWAY up at UNM. They came home with a win! We had a pre-campus tailgate with some great friends of ours. I made some poppers. The long green were stuffed with chorizo, venison, and muenster cheese. The jalapenos got wrapped in some huge basil leaves from the garden and bacon too. It was a great day. Lots of fun, friends, food, and brew!

The long green were stuffed with a chorizo and venison mix and some muenster cheese. The jalpenos had muenster cheese and some pineapple chipotle rub. The addition of the basil leaves made for a nice combo.
