I too, like spam but don't eat often for health considerations.
I hear that a whole unopened can in a campfire can created quite a stir....as you may remember. :)

Jeanie, most the grocery stores have all flavors, low sodium, you name it. It really is a Hawaiian favorite.

Score the top diagonally about 1/8 to 1/4" in a backslash forward slash.

Apply your favorite rub. Spam is rather salty on its own so careful with high salt rubs. this was John Henry's Pecan rub. Smoke Spam in offset posisition till it "blossoms". I was cooking a whole butternut and Akorn squash too.
