Haven't posted a cook in a while and since I made the decision to go a little off the path thought someone out there might be interested in the results.

one rack hot sauce and butter
one rack sbr thinned with acv(this is my normal sauce so at least one rack would be edible)

The teriyaki was the wifes idea, I was apprehensive but that is what experiments are for, turned out great that was her favorite. The sbr everybody likes. We all had one bone of each to start, wife handed me the hot sauce one, took one bite and wanted it off her plate. Daughter #1 works at a restaurant that makes a dipping sauce with hot sauce butter and ranch, I had sauce and butter left over so we added ranch, I liked the hot sauce one better with the dipping sauce.
Summary:
teriyaki a keeper
hot sauce I might do it again some day but it will be a while
