I know. Just trying to document it. I've always cooked whole or pieces.

You are gonna love it! FWIW, I do mine skin side down with a little butter & rub in the exposed cavity; I like the flavor andthinkthe skin gets more crispy.. Either way it will be great.

I rubbed the cavity as well as the skin and a little bit under the skin.
I made what I hope is a killer injection.
