Second cook on the MWSM and I am really digging it. Spatchcock chicken with Old Bay Blacken seasoning and basic BBQ rub. Wood used was pecan and hickory. Shoulda made two! Gotta say I love the mini.

Great looking bird. The mini is a good chicken cooker. If I was there 2 wouldn't be enough.:biggrin1:

Thanks for posting this, saw it, watched a video on how to spatchcock and just did my first bird. Finishing ribs on top grate and still have plenty of burn time on my coals so the bird will cook while we enjoy the ribs. (My second cook on my new WSM too!)
