This is Rib-Fest weekend in Indy, and I saw that Solomon Williams, the Carolina Rib King from BBQ Pitmasters was there. So I mosey'd on over to get some ribs and meet the Rib King. Solomon was just a very nice, down to earth brother, who is out there doing his thing, his way. The ribs weren't bad either!

He took a few minutes to talk and take a pic with me too.

Many pitmasters are down to earth and love to help others.

Glad you got to meet him and take some pictures.

I saw him on the show and he seemed really cool.

If I remember right they gave him tri tip to cook and he did kinda of a trisket thing with it.
