Got the Mini WSM all together. Running the first cook with a meatloaf mixed with chopped onion, bbq rub, Gulden's mustard, Worcester sauce and wrapped in bacon. Loaded with Stubb's briquettes, pecan and hickory chips. Temp is running along at 250'ish. Pics when its finished

It is an excellent cooker and very efficient. The meatloaf had a nice smoke ring to it. I know it's not important but it sho' is purty.

Your meatloaf looks fine!
I use my mini 3 to 4 times a week and love to cook on it.
