Well in the continuing break in/seasoning of my OC Pecos, I'm doing my first brisket on it to see how long it takes as well as how much better it does them over my BDS. On my BDS, I'd be in the 5-6hr range for a high heat. I'm hoping it's not an all night affair :pray:

I love my Pecos, I cook with pecan only at around 275-300, pretty good vittles.
