This is gonna be soooo good! I have never cooked a steak this big before, and I don't want to mess it up. I only have one chance to get it right... so far! :-D Any suggestions on cooking a beast like this?

I doesn't seem thick enough to me for reverse searing. If you want to go on reverse searing, Keep very low smoking T round 200F and stop smoking about 120/122F. Then warp 10 for searing action.

Lol! My late father-in-law who loved RARE steaks used to say, all you need to do is sprinkle it with salt and pepper, hold it up to the sun light for a few minutes, and she's ready to eat!

5 minutes on high heat on one side then take a picture of the grill and show the picture of the grill to the other side and then eat.

I'd just sear it and eat it. should be a nice enough piece of meat that you don't need to do anything fancy with it.
