I have a couple guests coming for dinner tonight ... had my wife pull out a couple big pieces of beef from the freezer this morning ... I don't want to do the normal steak on the barrby ... so I am looking to try something different and need y'all's help.
I have 3 pieces of 1.5" sirloin steak, each weighing around 3lbs defrosting. What would you all do that is different from the norm?
Thanks,
Gerry

Partially freeze, thin slice, hammer them out even thinner, then marinade for Bulgogi. Serve in lettuce leaves with Roast garlic cloves, Peppers, and an Asian pear sauce.

For me I'll grill (not reverse searing admitted due to the thin) ITALIAN STYLE.
NO RUB before grill. After cooked, just some ground salt and pepper.
As I sayd before Italian style!
