I remember this build... if you cook as well as you can weld you're gonna be fine. So are you using charcoals and wood chunks on this cook?

How much for your brisket? I want to try one along with a trip tip but beef is very expensive right now!

It's was 3.60 per pound and weighed 14 lbs , that's not a bad price for south Jersey

That's a great price, I've only seen 5.99 a lb everywhere I go.
