What is this? Where can I get one? Or else I have one welded out of rebar, Where to get a common size grill for the middle so I can replace it, or take it out to not use it.

I think it is a parrilla, or very similar. I saw it on Anthony Bourdain's show No Reservations. It took me a minute to google it because I remember them calling it a Parisian, but I must have heard wrong.

you could probably fashion one out of re-bar, doesn't seem too difficult to fabricate.

looks fun but you might not want one of these after all. i see alot of meat getting wasted silding down the outside of that thing and hitting the ground.

Yes, hooks if you look close in the photo there are hooks.

The Parrilla is the grill they mostly use in South America. I have a place in Argentina and they don't use pits like we do it is all open with an adjustable grill. But some times we will do a goat, lamb or pig on a cross. But I think this thing would be fun.

I think I could have one made, but where to get a 3-4' diam round grill?
