Trying to think up lunch ideas on a Wednesday afternoon ... Well

I got some sawdust left on the table after cutting my wood chunks with the Miter Saw ... So I dumped it on top of a quarter chimney of semi lit briquettes

And in the same scrap leftover theme, I figured, why not try smoking SPAM. If Bologna can be smoked, surely SPAM can too

Turned out good. Taste like any smoked hot dog or low grade sausages out there

I've never smoked spam... We do batter the slices and deep fry them!!!
