So I've been cooking on a FE (Cookshack) pellet grill for a couple of years now and have found it to be very versatile to say the least. When maxed out the grill will get to about 900 on the fire side which makes the indirect side very much like a wood fired pizza oven. Turns out great Q too along with just about everything else.
