Seared each side then carried them up to 135 before letting rest. Garlic powder, kosher salt, black pepper. The corn and jalapeņos turned out good too. Meant to get a pic on the plate.

Thanks for the comments. Those are the Stok brand grates. I figured I'd go the cheap route and they seem to do fine. I've used them about two years.
