This stuff was just right bite-thru, very juicy.....didn't have enough time on the cooker to dry out.....
perfectly cooked thru, clean pull offa the bone....no pics, as it went like wildfire.........

Everybody gets to be in rotation sooner or later.......the smokers get used a little more often, until lately we've been doing a bit more grilling & only one or two at a time get lit......

Very few of them are "retired"......just too beat to cook........:loco:

Just a couple of them stay smoke free.......she bought her own OT Gold "cause all mine smelled like smoke" & she wanted one just for grilling.....
Three wheelers usually do the long day or overnighters, but any one can do anything, really......
Even the 18's do smoke duty..................
