I have it narrowed down to 3 choices-
Warren county pork choppers
Swamp boys bbq
Jack's old south

If you have been to any of them , did you learn much, was it worth the money, ect?

I've been to Myrons class and really enjoyed it. If you are serious about competitions pick the class given by the team(s) who do well in your region. That's just my $.02

Personally, Myron and rub don't compete up here a lot, if at all. WCPC competes pretty much all over and continue to win. If I had the choice, I would take Donny's class. He uses Backwoods cookers, which might be similar to your vault. Talk to Mark from Smokin' Aces/thebbqsuperstore.com. I think he has taken classes from 2 of the 3 mentioned.

Donny Bray with Warren County is top notch. You'll learn much more than just recipes and tetechniques. Another plus is the hospitality Donny and his family provide. Literally treat you as a guest in their home.

I can't give stats off the top if my head, but several of Donny's students have gotten GCs after taken his class. It's a class that I plan on taking at some point.

Jack's Old South is a hands on class. You spend time prepping butts, shoulders, spares, baby backs, brisket, and chicken. You also learn whole hog - not hands on. Single registration is $750.
