43 lbs. Of brisket and 40 lbs of butt trimmed and rubbed ready to go on my bx50

Everything turned out great. The small brisket I used butcher paper and it was a little tight but great taste and texture

Ended up with 21 lbs of pork and 19 lbs of brisket
