Has any body done BB on a Jumbo Joe?

I haven't but my first ever cook was baby backs on an 18" kettle which is not much different.

I would use a fuse and add a few chunks of some nice smoking wood. My favorite for pork is hickory but you'll do fine with apple or maple or even cherry. No smoking wood and it will still be good!

If you don't have a rib rack, you might need to overlap the racks of ribs (depending on how many racks you want to do.) If you do that you probably want to open the cooker every hour or so and rearrange them for even smoke/heat coverage. Another option is to coil the ribs.
