This is enough for 2

24" run of 1 1/2" PVC
24" run of 1" PVC
2 1" caps
2 1" T's
4 1 1/2" caps

Cut 1" PVC run in half
Glue 1 Cap and 1 T onto the ends of each 12" piece.
That's the plunger

Cut 24" run of 1 1/2" PVC into 2 9" pieces (you will have 6" scrap)

When using, wipe the inside of the 9" piece with cooking spray.
Stand on end on cutting board.
(Do not cap as you need air to be able to get out.)
Fill, pack, fill, pack, so on.
Once full, cap both ends and toss in freezer to firm up.
When firm, use plunger to push filling out.
It will come out as a solid log.
Wrap log with sausage.

I used schedule 40

If you want a fatter log, increase the PVC diameter by 1/2" respectfully.

Enjoy
