Yesterday we bought 2 whole chickens and today i spatchcocked them and rubbed them with Tony Chachere's Creole seasoning (Thanks Toast!) oh was it good!:mrgreen:

I've always thought the TC Creole would be too salty for a rub. What did you think when done on the chicken?

I would not get a bird that had a high %of solution or use less of the rub.
