So I finally got the confidence to join in on a Throwdown. I did ham and swiss chicken breast, smoked mac n cheese, smoked sweet potato topped with honey, butter and cinnamon, and cheddar bay biscuits. I know ham and swiss chicken is so 1975, but I wanted to do something the wife would like. Ill post my entry in the throwdown thread. Just wanted to show some proof.
