When you smoke by a UDS, can you smoke 50 lbs each time.
You can use you smoked meat in exchange of other things, say beef from butcher, gas, washing car, ect. ect.
What you need is a middle man to organize this.
You need a web site like Craiglist
You, Butcher, Grocery, gas station, plumbing workers, farmers, ect. can list what they can offer. then you find what you want and to trade with your smoked meat.
