first time tri tip, with pron

First time at tri tip.
Started on a super hot grill, on grillgrates.
4 minutes a side, 2 minutes on each half of the "diamond"
moved to indirect medium heat flipping every five minutes with a pigtail food flipper.
5 minute rest, used the Weber "way to grill" orange sauce for dipping.
pretty amazing, I think I have a new favorite steak.
OH and I had to put up my dessert...
