We had Asian theme dinner at my sister in laws house, so I got signed up for some char siu. Bought some country style ribs at Costco and use the search function here to get some tips

Marinated in hoisin overnight then sprinkled a light rub before hanging on the PBC @250 for about an hour. Then cranked it to 425 and cooked an additional 20mins to get some char. Turned out pretty good, even my mom took some home.

I wonder how char siu pulled pork would work, with a char siu injection... Might have to dig my recipe out!
