A few pics from today and yesterday.

Used four different rubs on cut up loin backs. Oakridge comp beef n pork rub, sweet swine o mine, Three Little Pigs Kansas City Touch of Cherry BBQ Rub and Quaker steak lube rib rub. I did not like quaker steak rub at all.

The ribs cooked between 260 to 300 for 4 hours.

Didn't get any good pics of the prime rib but it may have been one of my best cooks. Used Texas bbq grand champion rub and it was awesome on the prime rib. I was worried about using that sugar based rub on the prime rib but it worked out well.
