Been quite a while since I posted, 2 yr old is keeping us busy!!!!

Gotta admit, I'm a Weber addict. I have many items in the gourmet bbq system and just picked up the rotisserie. Fits fantastic on my Weber Performer, and the meat turned out sooooooo moist. Cooked steadily at 325-350. Only criticism would be the bland flavor of the breasts. Will definitely be injecting next time, with maybe a nice garlic butter. Used Plowboys Yardbird for my rub, and skin was tasty, but not as "bite through" as I like. Will bump up to 425 at the end next time.

Overall, couldn't be happier with this attachment for my Performer. Weber has again put out a high quality attachment worthy of the Weber name.

Nice. Next time can we see it on the spit? Looking forward to seeing the results of hour high heat cook.

Looks great to me. Yea no problem on the high heat spin, I've had my birds going up to 600* plus and no problem. Rotisserie birds stay so dang wet so you gotta crank it up for the best skin. The nice thing is there's no threat of charring it!
