What is the best or most reliable power source for the BBQ guru when doing competitions? What is everyone using these days?

I used to use a 12 volt 7 amp hour battery. They run about $11.00 new.... They can be recharged and will have a life of 3 to 5 years depending on use...

I finally switched to marine battery and inverter. Before that a generator because competition power isn't always reliable. Works great. DigiQ running 2 WSMs easily 20 hours. I do use a battery charger to keep topped up but that's just a nice to have option if power is available
