View Full Version : Siracha BBQ Brisket Tacos - Lunch!

I wondered what happened to the 3 inches of brisket flat I had to cut off the 15 pounder I did on the PBC two weeks ago. Found it in the freezer! (Thank you honey!)
I let it thaw overnight, then sliced it for lunch tacos today.
Warmed the meat for 5 min in a covered skillet with a little water thrown in for steam. Then brushed with a very light layer of kcmp while warming up a couple of corn tortillas.
I melted some cheese on the tortillas, then layered on the beef and put down a thin line of siracha.
They were delicious. Meat was moist and tender just like the day I smoked it. Sure wish that wasn't the end of that brisket!
