Technically i'm using my Big Poppa as a grill but this is a simple way to enjoy the weather and cook dinner when you're short on time.
Step 1) Fire up the grill into 2 zone cooking. The BP grill set up is done that way already. *** note use low level of coals

Step 2) Use a torch (Harbor Freight model works well) to toast the top a little

Step 3) move the pizza over to indirect because it doesn't take long to crisp the bottom, then close the lid to let it unthaw and heat up

Good thing i had the lid on because the birds took target!:shock:

The other night i did some Totino's pizza similar (Great munchie food!!!) but i didn't need to close the lid. Love me some grilled pizza!
