I picked up 30# of ribs. These are Farmington brand.
Not sure if there is a difference I was told baby back ribs but the box says pork back ribs. They look similar to the loin back ribs I usually buy. Either way they should be good.
These were also cut up. Some cut in half, some are in 3 to 5 bone cuts. It was a great deal for what I would pay normally. Baby/loin backs are usually $3.99 here.
I don't buy often since spares are cheaper. But I got these for $2.25 a pound.
