I approve of your choice of hot sauce. With all that to Mojo and Adbo you'll your find the magic combo.

Well I marinaded the Chicken in a cpl of Zip Lock bags with the Conchita Mojo marinade for 3 hrs (everything I read says only 2-3 hrs or it will start "cooking" the chicken) and grilled it over Lump with a several hickory Chunks. Its kinda plain tasting. I didn't season further or use rub.
