Smoked up 8 i/2 chickies yesterday all dusted with your Yardbird rub. I have to say my eyes rolled up in my head in bliss when I sampled them. It is my "house" rub for all things pork and poultry. You guys rock.

Yardbird is outstanding, huge fan of it. Also highly recommend Bovine Bold for beef. I've enjoyed brisket, burgers, and tri-tip with it. Yum.

I live real close to the restaurant. I'm so lucky. The burnt ends do rock and so does the yard bird rub.

I just ordered more last night. Its great on pork, and chicken. I do find it a bit too salty for my taste so I do give everything just a light coat.

Yep -- I've been using it on pork and chx for years, Bovine Bold on beef too. I haven't found anything that compares. I do need to check out the Oakridge rubs. As soon as they're in Academy Sports or Bass Pro Shop.
