I am serving food for my niece's rehearsal dinner. I have pulled pork, slice pork loin and burnt ends. The pulled pork and burnt ends are cooked and in the freezer until Weds., the pork loin will be cooked and sliced on Thursday ready for Friday night. I have access to a kitchen with oven and roasters, I am looking for some thoughts on the best way to reheat. I know the pulled pork is pretty forgiving and thought I would put it in a roaster with some apple juice. Was thinking of putting the pork loin maybe in the oven set at 200 deg. until hot along with the burnt ends. I also do have a cambro food carrier I could use to hold the food until ready to serve.

Any thoughts and suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
