Last night soundtrack was a little of everything... This is old school stuff that me and my dad would listen to late in to the night back in day...

Friday night I meet with Angel D a new member from TVWBB.com . I followed him on Instagram turns out he is literally my neighbor. We went out with our wives and went to 2 restaurants to enjoy live music and good food.

Are you familiar with Volver? It feels like it's in the same spirit as the great video you posted. I don't know a word of Spanish so I could be way off base. My son is the sax player -- the singer is Raul Malo, the lead guitarist is Eddie Perez and the accordionist is Michael Guerra. It's got soundtrack potential to my ears. :thumb:

Muy bien amigo!!

This line is especially poetic,

"....con un nudo en la garganta por las penas fui a parar en el rincon
de una cantina para derle rienda suelta a mi tristesa con
cansiones y botellas de tequila ..."

BTW - good food

Man...you almost made cry. Those are the kind of barbeques I'm used to back home in So.Cal. ...the music, the carne asada, the green onions... I can't get that in Boston easily. Thanks for the taste of home! ¡Salud!

That's the best part!!!
I saw Vicente Fernandez in concert and he finished a bottle of tequila. And would toast the crowd and we would all cheer and pick up our drinks.

I spent 4+ yrs in Boston missing the same things. It's a great city, but certain things you'll always miss from the Best Coast - the west, the southwest...it's something special.

Always great to see your posts Tony...you guys know how to spend a weekend!
