I mentioned this in another post, but decided to expand on it here...
I have four kids, two of whom are grown and out of the house (a 23yo son and 21yo daughter.)
They got together and told their mom they would come over on Easter Sunday and make lunch
(while my wife was at church.) [Me? I was home as usual just being a heathen.]
Anyway, my son brought all the fixin's for pizza, and my daughter brought the makings for
a nice salad.
My son ALSO brought the ingredients for what may be my new favorite drink: a dirty banana
Recipes vary, but it contains:
banana liqueur
cocoa liqueur
coffee liqueur
vanilla ice cream
ice
a banana
throw it in a blender and blend it! (add a little water if you need to thin it a bit.)
It's basically a vanilla/banana milkshake with booze.
I'd been looking for a high-fat/high-cal/low-nutrition drink to add to my diet; I think I've found it!
Back to the pizza: they made one cheese, one pepperoni, one pepper/onion/black olive/pepperoni/bacon,
and one veggie. They were all tasty! [Oh, I cooked them on the Lang - hence the BBQ-Brethren tie-in.]
Thanks for looking (well, reading)!
