View Full Version : Early Easter Dinner (w/PrOn)

Let it not be said that I never cooked a side dish. :-D Boneless leg of lamb, beef ribs, spinach risotto, cranberry sauce and some tzatziki sauce. To my surprise, my wife let me do everything (except the tzatziki which she did yesterday) including smoking the lamb. Normally holiday cooks are her domain.

Man that looks great. I think you gave me an opening with the family. They won't even talk about eating lamb, but I bet if I add some beef bones for them I can get one cooked up for me and maybe even convince them to try a taste.
