I gave the wife the choice and she just decided on some grilled dogs for dinner. Of course I had to kick them up a notch. Stuffed them with Jalapeno Jack cheese, a sprinkle of Slap Yo Mama, and then wrapped them with bacon. I had par-cooked the bacon a little so it would be done by the time the dogs were.
What I meant to do was to grill them until the cheese just started melting and hit them with the flame thower for sear and crunch. But as I looked out the window I said to my self "Man, that's a lot of smoke. Crap!!!" Bacon grease fire...
Luckily, I caught them just in time. Bacon seared and cruncy and cheese getting melty. They ended up being pretty good...
