This is not my creation I saw it on youtube and thought it looked interesting.

Here's the buns...fried mozzarella cheese! (with french fried onions)

Ok here's the verdict.... Not bad!!! Make your burger anyway you want!:-D

Interesting idea! I love the little crispy bits of cheese that ooze from a burger or grilled cheese sandwich.

Yea that was negative:tsk: I don't think i'd trash someones meal but whatever floats your boat!

Yes it's different which is why i decided to make it. I kept an open mind and it ended up being very very tasty. Now to your second point YES i could see a fried cheese patty as being part of a cheeseburger....that's a good idea.

I think it is a great idea...and when I have veggies over we can eat the same meal...they without the burger.....:-D

I can understand the disaster comment pure looks wise...maybe because it was photographed without say an extra thin slice of "normal" bun and a bit of green dressing etc...but then again...if that demands too much of your own imagination.:roll:....it is for me easily a killer burger with potential :cool:
