Today I received some hot sauce that my friend Jeff G from the TVWBB.com sent us.

-Maribel said Thank you.

Here's the red head in action.

Chicken legs were smoked first and used pecan wood. Then boneless thighs grilled direct. Used webers zesty lemon for the seasoning.

Here's all the chicken. On one plate.

I still need to clean up the weber. Any suggestions are welcome.

She's so pretty... Wait! I mean the red kettle. No, wait! I don't mean Maribel isn't... Maybe I just shouldn't say anything...

Nice thighs and sticks? Oh, never mind...

I'm only about 1100 miles east of you on IH-40. Zero stop lights. I can be there by noon.

That's a 22.5 with the handle pointing at the exhaust damper. The handle on 18.5 are sideways to the damper.

Nice looking food. I saw that weber on Craigslist and it was just too far for me. Good find!

Arroz con pollo! Mi favorita! How did you like the Weber rub? I've been thinking of trying some.

I like it. It has that "real" lemon taste. Highly recommend it.
I like all the seasonings that weber sells. Most you can see the ingredients.
